摘　　要：过敏性紫癜是一种以小血管炎为主的全身炎症综合征,机制是以IgA为主的免疫复合物体内沉积。宋纯东教授认为本病属于中医血证范畴,治疗以清热凉血为基本治法,同时活血化瘀贯穿始终,还需兼顾益气养阴,补肾健脾,方能取得临床治疗效果。Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP)is a systemic inflammatory syndrome characterized by vasculitis.The mechanism is the deposition of immune complexes predominantly composed of IgA.Professor Song chundong believes that this disease belongs to the category of blood syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine.The basic treatment is to clear away heat and cool blood.At the same time,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis runs through the whole process.In order to achieve clinical therapeutic effect,it is necessary to give consideration to supplementing Qi and Yin,invigorating kidney and strengthening spleen.
