眼针疗法结合揿针治疗中风偏瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察眼针疗法结合揿针治疗中风偏瘫的临床效果。方法将86例中风偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例。对照组患者采取眼针疗法治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上结合揿针治疗,比较2组患者的中医证候评分疗效、Fugl-Meyei评分、神经功能缺损评分及ADL评分评价疗效。结果通过治疗,治疗组患者总有效率(93.02%)显著高于对照组(79.07%),Fugl-Meyei评分、神经功能缺损评分及ADL评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眼针疗法结合揿针治疗中风偏瘫疗效显著,可提高临床治疗总有效率,且具有疗程短、取穴精、安全性高、预后佳等优势,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of eye acupuncture therapy combined with thumbtack needle embedding in the treatment of apoplectic hemiplegia.Methods A total of 86 patients with stroke hemiplegia were randomly assigned into the treatment group and the control group,both of which contained 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with eye acupuncture.The treatment group was treated with additional subcutaneous embedding of thumb-tack needle based on that of the control group.The curative effect of TCM syndrome score,Fugl-Meyeri score,neurological deficit scores and ADL scores of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(93.02%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.07%),Fugl-Meyeri score,neurological deficit scores and ADL scores were significantly different.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Eye acupuncture combined with pinching needle therapy is effective in the treatment of apoplectic hemiplegia.It can improve the overall efficacy of clinical treatment,and has numerous advantages,including short-course treatment,precision of acupoint location methods,high safety and good prognosis.It is worthy of further clinical application.
