摘　　要：当今社会,随着社会的进步,人们生活习惯的改变,社会压力大,亚健康人群普遍增多,各种疾病多发,多因机体元阳不足所致。阳化气,阴成形,无阳则阴无以生,阴阳失调,必致机体多种疾病发生。故通过“温扶阳气、调和阴阳”,调节机体功能,增强体质,防病治病。In the present society,with the progress of society,people’s living habits change,the social pressure is large,the sub-health population is generally increased,and various diseases are multiple,which are caused by the deficiency of the body of the body.There are many kinds of diseases in the body due to the deficiency of the yin and yang,and the imbalance of yin and yang.Through“warming yang qi and harmonizing yin and yang”,the function of the body is regulated,the health is improved,and the disease is prevented.
