摘　　要：目的根据骨折药物内治三期辨证用药理论,研究桃红四物汤对兔桡骨骨折愈合的影响,探讨桃红四物汤干预骨折愈合的作用机制,为临床应用桃花四物汤治疗骨折提供实验依据。方法建立雄性新西兰大白兔骨折模型,应用桃红四物汤(NEGF)、碳酸钙D3片、生理盐水进行干预,对比分析不同方法对骨折三期愈合断端骨痂X线、血生化、血管内皮细胞生长因子表达的影响。结果X线片检查并评分,第7天无统计学差异(P>0.05),第14及28天有统计学差异(P<0.05);术后第14天、28天,血钙、血磷、血ALP浓度对照组达到峰值,治疗组、对照组分别与正常组、模型组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),但治疗组与对照组比较无差异(P>0.05);VEGF阳性面积百分比的表达各组术后随时间的延长显著减少。具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),术后第7、14天,治疗组与对照组、模型组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论桃红四物汤在骨折三期用药中都具有一定的疗效,且早期效果较好。桃红四物汤对骨折愈合具有有较好的效果。Objective To study the effect of Taohong Siwu decoction on the healing of rabbit radius fracture according to the theory of three-stage syndrome differentiation medication of internal treatment of fracture drugs,and to explore the mechanism of Taohong Siwu decoction on the pre fracture healing,so as to provide experimental basis for the clinical application of Taohua Siwu decoction in the treatment of fracture.Methods The fracture model of male New Zealand white rabbits was established.Taohong Siwu decoction,calcium carbonate D3 tablets and normal saline were used to intervene.The effects of different methods on the X-ray,blood biochemistry and vascular endothelial growth factor expression of the callus at the third stage of fracture healing were compared and analyzed.Results X There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group on the 7th day(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group on the 14th and 28th day(P<0.05),the concentration of blood calcium,phosphorus and ALP in the control group reached the peak on the 14th and 28th day after operation,and there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group and the normal group and the model group respectively(P<0.05),but there was no difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),the positive area of VEGF was 100%.The expression of fraction decreased significantly with time.There was a very significant difference(P<0.01).On the 7th and 14th day after operation,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group,the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion Taohong Siwu decoction has a certain effect in the treatment of fracture in the third stage,and the early effect is better.Conclusion Taohong Siwu decoction has a good effect on fracture healing.
