摘　　要：目的探讨袋鼠式护理对母乳喂养的影响。方法选取2018年6月~2020年1月我院收治的98例产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(49例)与观察组(49例),对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用袋鼠式护理方法。比较两组产妇的产后母乳喂养、产后出血、子宫复旧情况。结果观察组母乳喂养评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);产后42 d,观察组产妇喂养方式优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇产后宫底脐下一指发生率低于对照组,宫底脐下两指发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);产后42 d,观察组子宫恢复正常大小比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产妇产后≤1 h出血量、产后>1~2 h出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组产妇产后>2~24 h出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论袋鼠式护理对母乳喂养有积极的影响,可以改善母乳喂养评分,提高纯母乳喂养率,促进子宫复旧,减少产后出血的发生,应用价值较高。Objective To explore the effect of kangaroo nursing on breastfeeding.Methods A total of 98 parturients admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(49 cases)and the observation group(49 cases).The control group adopted conventional nursing method,the observation group adopted kangaroo nursing method.The postpartum breastfeeding,postpartum hemorrhage and uterine involution of the two groups were compared.Results The breast-feeding score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 42 days postpartum,the maternal feeding method in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of one finger under the umbilical cord of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the incidence of two fingers under the umbilical cord was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 42 days postpartum,the proportion of uterus returned to normal size in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in postpartum hemorrhage≤1 h and postpartum hemorrhage>1-2 h(P>0.05);the postpartum hemorrhage>2-24 h in the observation group was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangaroo nursing has a positive effect on breastfeeding,which can improve the score of breastfeeding,improve the rate of exclusive breastfeeding,promote the recovery of uterus,reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,and has a high application value.
