摘　　要：近年来,在中菲关系不断向好的背景下,两国在基础设施建设方面的合作也取得了许多突破,特别在港口合作方面也有了务实进展。在第十一届泛北部湾经济合作论坛暨2020北部湾国际门户港合作峰会举办前夕,本刊记者就菲律宾港口建设情况、中菲两国港口合作等问题,采访了菲律宾交通部部长亚瑟·杜伽德。In recent years,under the background of thecontinuous improvement of China-Philippinerelations,the cooperation in infrastructureconstruction between the two countries has alsomade many breakthroughs,especial1y in portcooperation.On the eve of the 11^th Pan-BeibuGulf Economic Cooperation Forum&2020 BeibuGulf International Gateway Port CooperationSummit,China-ASEAN Panorama MagazineAgency interviewed Arthur P.Tugade,Secretary ofDepartment of Transportation of the Philippines,on the construction of Philippine ports and portcooperation between the two countries.
