摘　　要：出口种子作为甘肃优势农产品,在快速发展的同时也暴露了诸多问题,如制种基地管理不规范、病虫害威胁多、知识产权保护不力、自主创新能力弱、应对技术性贸易措施缺乏手段等。本文通过对甘肃出口种子近几年的贸易现状进行分析研究,提出了产业发展相应的对策与建议,希望政府、行业协会和企业三方能充分整合利用各自的优势,形成合力共同打破发展壁垒,积极应对国外技术性贸易措施,进而促进甘肃农产品扩大出口。As an advantageous agricultural product in Gansu Province,seed exportation has exposed many problems while developing rapidly.For examples,management of seed production base is not standardize,there are many threats from diseases and pests,protection of intellectual property and ability of independent innovation are not enough,and means are lack to deal with technical trade measures.This study analyzed the trade status of seed exportation in Gansu Province in recent years,and pointed out corresponding countermeasures for the industrial development.It was hoped that the government,industry associations and enterprises would make full use of their respective advantages and form a joint effort to break down the development barriers and promote the exportation of Gansu's agricultural products.
