健脾温肾泄浊汤治疗脾肾两虚型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾温肾泄浊汤治疗脾肾两虚型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年10月-2019年12月本院收治的78例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为对照组与治疗组,各39例。两组均给予常规西药治疗,治疗组同时服用中药汤剂处理。结果:治疗组临床治疗总有效率为89.7%(35/39),与对照组比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对脾肾两虚型糖尿病肾病采用中西药联合治疗,能提高治疗效果,延缓病情恶化,与单纯西药治疗比较,具有较满意的临床效果,值得推广。Objective:To observe the effect of jianpi wenshen xiezhuo decoction on treating diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of spleen and kidney.Methods:78 diabetic nephropathy patients admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divid-ed into control group and treatment group,39 cases each.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,while the treat-ment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.7%(35/39),which was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined treatment with traditional Chinese and western medicine for spleen-kidney deficiency type diabetic nephropathy can improve the therapeutic effect and delay the deterioration of the disease.
