从《南洋官报》对日俄战争报道中看清末官报的逐渐转型

摘　　要：日俄战争是1904—1905年间日本与俄国之间为了争夺朝鲜和中国东北地区爆发的一场帝国主义战争。在这场战争中,日本奠定了其在东亚军事强国的地位,也进一步加剧了其侵略扩张主义野心与决心。《南洋官报》作为清末时期与《北洋官报》并列存在的官方报刊,主要刊登官场动态、官方文件与官方新闻。1904年创刊于南京,中间经过三次改版,于1911年末停刊。《南洋官报》创刊初期,正值日俄战事,因此它对日俄战争进行了快捷而持续的关注与报道。本文试从本报道中去总结出清末官报报道新闻全面、第一时间、对社会增加关注等特点,通过这些特点,去探析清末官报为近代化转型所作出的尝试。The Russo-Japanese War was an imperialist war that broke out between Japan and Russia during the period from 1904 to 1905 to fight for North Korea and Northeast China.In this war,Japan established its position as a military power in East Asia and further intensified its aggressive expansionist ambitions and determination.As the official newspaper that existed alongside the Beiyang Official News in the late Qing Dynasty,the Nanyang Official Newspaper mainly published official news,official documents and official news.It was first published in Nanjing in1904.After three revisions,it ceased publication at the end of 1911."Nanyang Official Newspaper"was in the early days of its publication during the Russo-Japanese War,so it carried out quick and continuous attention and reports on the Russo-Japanese War.This article tries to sum up the characteristics of the official newspapers in the late Qing Dynasty,such as comprehensive news coverage,the first time,and increased attention to the society,from this report.Through these characteristics,to analyze the attempts made by the official newspapers in the late Qing Dynasty for modernization transformation.
