摘 要:ICON·云端塔楼结构高度185.10m,塔楼平面呈L形,为平面不规则结构,且立面在L形两端逐渐收进。门厅为27m的5层通高柱。建筑在西北角4层、11层及30层立面上存在斜柱转换问题。根据本项目的不规则性,除常规抗震性能分析外,还进行了以下专项分析:地基处理问题、27m通高柱稳定问题、4层斜柱转换问题、L形两端立面收进问题、31层筒体收进问题、31层转换柱问题。以上专项试验及有限元分析结果表明:通高柱稳定承载力对初始偏心较为敏感,施工时控制初始偏心能有效提高通高柱的稳定承载力;转换构件对局部薄弱部位进行加强可使结构延性得到提高;立面收进造成的局部转换问题可设计为摇摆柱将应力释放,可有效控制构件截面大小。The structure of ICON Tower is 185.10 meters high.The tower has an L-shaped plan with irregular planes.The facade is gradually retracted at both ends of the L-shaped.The entrance hall has 27-meter five-story high columns.There are transitional column problems both on the fourth,eleventh and thirtieth floor in the northwest corner of the building.According to the irregularity of this project,in addition to the seismic performance analysis,the following special analysis was carried out:the foundation treatment problem,the stability problem of the 27-meter through-high column,the transfer problem of inclined column of the fourth-story,the facade retracting problem of the two end of the L-shaped,the core tube retracted problem at the 31st-story,and the 31st-story transitional column problem.Based on the results of above special experiments and finite element analysis results show that:the stability of the through-height column is more sensitive to initial eccentricity,controlling the initial eccentricity during construction can effectively increase the stability of the through-height column;strengthening the weak parts of the transfer member can make the structure ductile increased;the transfer problem caused by the fa9 ade retracting can be designed as a sway column to release the stress,which can effectively control the size of the component section.
