摘 要:在材料性能提升的研究过程中,离不开对其结构和机理的探讨。通过微波介质陶瓷研究中所运用到的X射线分析、电子显微分析、热分析和光谱分析等测试手段对材料物相、晶体结构进行了分析,观测了材料的晶粒大小,验证了材料中的不同物相存在形式,细化了材料制备的热处理工艺。从微观层面对材料的性能设计提供了理论依据。In the research process of material performance improvement,we cannot do without the discussion of its structure and mechanism.By means of X-ray analysis,electron microanalysis,thermal analysis and spectral analysis used in the study of microwave dielectric ceramics,the material phase and crystal structure were analyzed,the grain size of the material was observed,the existence forms of different phases in the material were verified,and the heat treatment process of material preparation was refined.The theoretical basis is provided for the material performance design from the micro level.
