摘 要:提出一种楔形钢板箍和预应力钢绞线网-聚合物砂浆新型结构加固技术。以预应力水平为影响因素,通过低周反复加载对两根钢筋混凝土柱进行预损伤,以及加固处理后二次加载,研究了钢板箍和预应力钢绞线网-聚合物砂浆加固震损RC柱的抗震性能,对比分析了预应力水平对加固柱的滞回特性、极限承载力、延性、刚度退化和耗能性能的影响。结果表明:严重损伤的钢筋混凝土柱经过楔形钢板箍和预应力钢绞线网-聚合物砂浆加固后,柱的最大抗剪承载力降低幅度不超过12%;相比预损伤柱,加固柱的延性显著提高,耗能能力基本得到恢复;其他条件相同,提高钢绞线的预应力水平,加固柱的延性和耗能性能更优。A new strengthening technique of building structure that combines steel plate hoop and prestressed steel wire mesh with polymer mortar is proposed.With prestressed degree as the influencing factor,the seismic performance of the pre-damaged reinforced concrete column strengthened by steel plate hoops and prestressed steel wire mesh with polymer mortar is studied by pre-loading of two reinforced concrete columns through low-cycle reversed loading,and secondary loading after reinforcement treatment.The effects of prestressed degree on the hysteresis characteristics,limit carrying capacity,ductility,stiffness degradation and energy consumption performance of strengthened columns are analyzed.The results show that the maximum shear capacity of the strengthened column is reduced by no more than 12%after the severely damaged reinforced concrete columns are strengthened by the wedge-shaped steel plate hoop and the prestressed steel wire mesh with polymer mortar;Compared with the pre-damaged column,the ductility of the strengthened column is significantly improved,and the energy consumption capacity is basically restored;By keeping other conditions the same and improving the prestressed degree of the steel wire mesh,the ductility and energy consumption performance of strengthened column is better.
