摘　　要：根据伊敏露天矿WK-20型电铲实际运行中出现的故障情况,对变频器"通讯"故障进行分析。介绍了电铲通讯网络构成,结合3个典型的"通讯"故障实例,引出对此类故障的常用处理方法;提出降低WK-20型电铲变频器"通讯"故障的措施,为做好日常预防性检修,保障设备可靠稳定运行打下坚实基础。According to the fault of WK-20 electric shovel actual operation in Yimin Open-pit Mine,the article defines"communication"fault of frequency converter,introduces the structure of shovel communication network.Combining with three typical examples of"communication"failures,the article introduce the common methods of dealing with such failures,puts forward the measures to reduce the"communication"failure of WK-20 shovel frequency converter,which lay a solid foundation for daily preventive maintenance and reliable and stable operation of equipment.
