摘　　要：港口门座起重机滑轮组普遍采用NNF5032轴承结构。该方案具有结构简单、价格便宜、易操作等优点,但在部分位置使用效果较差、故障频发。分析了滑轮结构使用过程中的故障及其产生的原因,提出了相应的补强改造措施。实践表明,该结构经过升级改造后的使用效果良好,可为此类故障的维修提供参考。The NNF5032 bearing structure was commonly used in the pulley block of the port portal crane.This solution has the advantages of simple structure,cheap price,easy operation,etc.However,the use effect is poor in some locations and frequent failures.After introducing the faults that occurred during the use of the pulley structure,the corresponding reinforcement and transformation measures are proposed.Practice shows that the structure has been used successfully after upgrading andtransformation,which can provide a reference for the maintenance of such failures.
