治疗妊娠晚期B族链球菌感染对妊娠结局影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析治疗妊娠晚期B族链球菌感染对妊娠结局的影响。方法:选择160例于2018年6月—2019年6月期间在我院就诊的妊娠晚期B族链球菌感染孕妇为研究对象,随机将其分为研究组与对照组,每组各80例;其中研究组予以抗感染治疗,对照组不予以抗感染治疗,观察比较两组患者的妊娠并发症、分娩结局、感染情况。结果:(1)研究组的胎膜早破、早产发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)研究组的剖宫产率、产钳助产率明显低于对照组,顺产率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)研究组宫内感染、产褥期感染、新生儿感染发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于妊娠晚期B族链球菌感染孕妇采取有效的抗感染治疗可有效减少妊娠并发症的发生,提高顺产率,降低感染发生率,从而改善妊娠结局。Objective:To investigate the effect of treatment of late pregnancy group B streptococcal infection on pregnancy outcome.Methods:A total of 160 pregnant women with group B streptococcal infection who were admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 80 cases in each group.The study group received anti-infective treatment,and the control group did not receive anti-infective treatment.The pregnancy complications,delivery outcome,and infection were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)The incidence of premature rupture of membranes and preterm birth in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2)The cesarean section rate and yield-producing rate of the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the yield was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)The incidence of intrauterine infection,puerperal infection and neonatal infection in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effective anti-infective treatment for pregnant women with group B streptococcal infection can effectively reduce the incidence of pregnancy complications,improve the yield and reduce the incidence of infection,thus improving the pregnancy outcome.
