Objective:To investigate the influence of“One-to-One”Blood Donation Service on the incidence of adverse events in Public Health Emergencies. Methods:The study subjects were selected from 1119 medical workers who participated in group Blood Donation at the first zhongshan hospital, sanjiu brain hospital and guangzhou first people's hospital in February 2020 as the research group, and 924 medical workers who participated in group Blood Donation at the three sites in February 2019 were selected as the reference group. The model of“One-to-One”Blood Donation Service and single person collection was implemented to compare the adverse events of the two groups of blood donors, such as Blood Donation Reaction and Insufficient Amount Scrapping. Results:Among the 1119 blood donors in the research group, there was a statistically significant difference in adverse events(P<0.05).The difference of Insufficient Scrap was not obvious and had no statistical significance.Conclusion:“One-to-One”Blood Donation Service in Public Health Emergencies can reduce Blood Donation Reactions, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and be beneficial to the retention of blood donors.
