脑心舒口服液诱导睡眠及抗惊厥作用

摘　　要：目的:通过动物实验观察脑心舒口服液的中药药理作用。方法:腹腔注射戊巴比妥钠80mg/kg、40mg/kg,观察脑心舒口服液对两种剂量戊巴比妥钠诱导小鼠睡眠的影响;腹腔注射戊四氮85mg/kg、75mg/kg,观察脑心舒口服液对两种剂量戊四氮诱导小鼠惊厥的影响。结果:实验表明脑心舒口服液可改善小鼠睡眠及延长小鼠的睡眠持续时间;脑心舒口服液可提高小鼠的阵发性痉挛潜伏期、强直性惊厥潜伏期及死亡潜伏期,降低死亡率。结论:脑心舒口服液具有镇静、催眠、抗惊厥作用。Objective:To observe the pharmacological effects of Naoxinshu oral liquid by animal experiment.Methods:Intraperitoneal injection of pentobarbital sodium 80mg/kg,40mg/kg,observe the effects of Naoxinshu oral liquid on sleep in mice induced by intraperitoneal injection of the two dose of pentobarbital sodium;Intraperitoneal injection of pentylenetetrazole 85mg/kg and 75mg/kg,observe the impact of Naoxinshu oral liquid on convulsion in mice induced by intraperitoneal injection of the two dose of pentylenetetrazole.Results:The Naoxinshu oral liquid can improve sleep and prolong the duration of sleep;experiments show that Naoxinshu oral liquid can improve the mice of clonic and tonic convulsion latency and death latency,reduce mortality.Conclusion:Naoxinshu oral liquid has sedative,hypnotic and anti-convulsion effect.
