超声监护联合米索前列醇用于计划生育手术中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探究计划生育手术中采用超声监护联合米索前列醇所取得的应用效果。方法:选取2018年4月—2019年4月于我院行计划生育手术患者80例,利用随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组于静脉通路建立后行无痛人流手术,观察组于术前口服米索前列醇,并于术中给予腹部B超监护。比较所有患者手术情况及术后并发症。结果:观察组手术情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在计划生育手术中给予超声监护联合米索前列醇有助于降低术中出血量、缩短手术时间,且手术具有较高安全性,大大减轻对子宫的损伤,利于患者预后恢复。Objective:To explore the application effect of ultrasound monitoring combined with misoprostol in family planning surgery.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2019,80 patients undergoing family planning surgery in our hospital were divided into two groups with random number table method,40 cases each.The control group underwent painless abortion operation after the establishment of venous access,and the observation group was given oral misoprostol before operation and given abdominal ultrasound monitoring during operation.Compare the surgical conditions and postoperative complications of all patients.Results:The operation of the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);the complications of the observation group were less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound monitoring combined with misoprostol in family planning surgery can reduce intraoperative blood loss and shorten the operation time,and the operation has high safety,greatly reduces the damage to the uterus,and is conducive to the recovery of the patient’s prognosis.
