摘　　要：目的:探讨对痤疮患者采用红蓝光联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶(rhEGF)治疗后的痤疮综合分级系统(GAGS)评分及不良反应的影响。方法:选择2018年5月—2019年5月我院收治的86例痤疮患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组使用红蓝光治疗,基于此,观察组加用rhEGF治疗,比较两组临床疗效、GAGS评分、不良反应。结果:治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组疗效较好,GAGS评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:痤疮患者使用红蓝光联合rhEGF治疗,效果显著,可降低患者GAGS评分。Objective:To investigate the effect of the Acne Comprehensive Grading System(GAGS)score and adverse reactions on acne patients treated with red and blue light combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel(rhEGF).Methods:86 patients with acne admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 43 cases.The control group was treated with red and blue light.Based on this,the observation group was treated with rhEGF,and the clinical efficacy,GAGS score,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group had better efficacy and lower GAGS score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acne patients treated with red and blue light combined with rhEGF have a significant effect,which can reduce the GAGS score of patients.
