摘  要:为研究地震作用下板式橡胶支座的剪切变形及摩擦滑移特性,对7组无顶底钢板的板式橡胶支座进行了水平循环加载试验,考虑了不同竖向压应力、加载速度及橡胶材料等因素的影响,分析了不同加载阶段的板式橡胶支座变形及受力状态,并讨论了不同影响因素下水平等效刚度、能量耗散等抗震性能参数变化规律。试验结果表明:循环荷载作用下的板式橡胶支座工作状态可分为4个阶段,不同阶段下支座水平力及刚度的变化明显,第Ⅲ阶段中支座接触面处会因显著滑移而发生严重磨损,导致水平承载力及刚度发生下降,水平力下降可达30%,建议在桥梁抗震性能分析及评价时考虑支座翘曲及摩擦磨损导致的力学性能的下降;不同影响因素下,支座滑移后的力学性能会发生不同程度的变化,但其力-位移关系最终逐渐稳定,并表现出稳定的滞回特性,可将板式橡胶支座作为“保险丝式单元”设计。In order to investigate shear deformation and friction sliding characteristics of plate rubber bearings,horizontal cyclic loading tests were conducted for 7 groups of plate rubber bearings without top and bottom steel plates considering effects of vertical compressive stress,loading rate and rubber material to analyze deformations and stress states of plate rubber bearings in different loading stages,and discuss variation laws of aseismic performance parameters,such as,horizontal equivalent stiffness and energy dissipation under different influence factors.Test results showed that working state of plate rubber bearings under action of cyclic loads can be divided into 4 stages,their horizontal bearing forces and stiffness in different stages vary obviously;in the 3rd stage,bearing contact surface is seriously worn due to significant sliding to cause horizontal bearing force and stiffness dropping,horizontal bearing force drops by 30%,so it is necessary to consider their mechanical performance degradation caused by bearing warpage,friction and wear in analysis and evaluation of aseismic performance of bridges;under different influencing factors,bearing mechanical performance after sliding can have different changes,however,finally its force-displacement relation gradually becomes stable to reveal stable hysteretic characteristics,so plate rubber bearings can be designed as a“fuse type unit”.
