摘 要:随着我国中西部地区对能源需求的逐渐增大,内陆核电厂的建设势必会提上日程,但是我国中西部地区地震活动性较强,核电厂可能会受到潜在地震的威胁。而目前我国的核电厂抗震设计谱构建于上世纪九十年代,其并没有考虑近断层地震动上下盘效应的影响。因此为了确保核电厂的安全,必须研究上下盘效应对核电厂抗震设计谱的影响。该研究采用七次国内外典型地震的上下盘记录,基于我国核电厂抗震设计谱中所采纳的郭-王方法,分析了不同区域地震动对设计谱的影响。结果表明短周期段,上盘区域记录的反应谱值比其他区域谱值大,而长周期段小于其他区域,核电厂设计谱在短周期段应当考虑上盘效应的影响。针对我国核电厂抗震设计谱存在的概率水平不一致的问题,结合上下盘记录反应谱的特征,提出了改进郭-王方法的建议。将该新构建的设计谱与中国GB 50267—1997、美国AP 1000设计谱进行比较,结果表明上/下盘效应对设计谱短周期段的谱值有着显著的影响,使得短周期段谱值增大,而对中长周期段的影响不明显。With increasing demand for energy in central and western regions of China,the construction of inland nuclear power plants(NPPs)is bound to be put on the agenda.However,due to the stronger seismicity in central and western regions of China,nuclear power plants may be threatened by potential earthquakes.The aseismic design spectra of China NPPs were built in 1990s not considering hanging wall/footwall effect of near fault ground motion.Here,in order to ensure the safety of NPPs,influences of hanging wall/footwall effect on aseismic design spectra were studied.Based on 7 hanging wall/footwall records of earthquakes in China and abroad,using Guo-Wang method adopted in aseismic design spectra of China NPPs,effects of ground motion in different areas on NPPs’aseismic design spectra were analyzed.Results showed that during short period,the response spectra values of hanging wall area records are larger than those of other areas’,and they are smaller during long period,so influences of hanging wall effect should be considered during short period of NPPs’aseismic design spectra.Aiming at the inconsistent of probability level existing the current aseismic design spectra of China,based on characteristics of response spectra of hanging wall/footwall records,an improved Guo-Wang method was proposed.The new aseismic design spectra built here were compared with those of GB 50267—1997 of China and AP 1000 of USA.Results indicated that the hanging wall/footwall effect has significant influences on spectral values during short period of design spectra to increase spectral values,but it has no obvious influences on spectral values during medium and long period of design spectra.
