摘 要:为了揭示刨煤机截煤过程中刨刀载荷与刨头振动规律,探寻影响两者变化的因素,采用1:1模拟实际工况的刨煤机动态特性实验平台进行了测试研究,获得了刨头上部宽刨刀、中部短刨刀、下部长刨刀的载荷分布规律及刨头振动特性规律,实验结果表明:上部宽刨刀截割载荷最大、下部长刨刀次之、中部短刨刀最小,三把刨刀的刨削力、侧向力、挤压力幅值累计频次呈现瑞利分布;刨头在x方向振动加速度在±200 m/s^2范围内波动,z方向在±100 m/s^2范围内波动,xz平面内的转动角加速度在±100 rad/s^2范围内波动,振动曲线变化规律与刨刀载荷曲线变化趋势具有一定的相似性,刨刀载荷功率谱曲线峰值频率为刨头沿线振动频率的整数倍,刨头振动功率谱曲线峰值频率包含了刨头沿线振动频率和刨刀载荷峰值频率,研究结果揭示了刮板输送机中部槽沿线直线度是影响刨刀载荷波动和刨头振动的主要因素。To reveal a coal planer’s knives cutting load and its head vibration laws and search factors affecting their variations,dynamic characteristics of a 1:1 scale coal planer model were tested on a test platform simulating actual operating conditions to obtain load distribution laws of the planer head’s 3 knives including upper wide knife,central short one,and lower long one and the planer head vibration characteristics.Test showed that the upper wide knife has the largest cutting load,the lower long one has the second,and the central short one has the smallest;recurrence rates of amplitudes of planing force,lateral one and compressive one of 3 knives present Rayleigh distribution;the planer head’s vibration acceleration in x direction fluctuates within a range of±200 m/s^2,that in z direction fluctuates within a range of±100 m/s^2,and its rotating angular acceleration in xz plane fluctuates within a range of±100 rad/s^2;the variation trend of vibration curves has a certain level of similarity to that of knives’load curves;peak frequencies of power spectral curves of knives’loads are integer multiples of vibration frequencies along line of the planer head;peak frequencies of the power spectral curve of the planer head vibration include vibration frequencies along line of the planer head and peak frequencies of knives’loads;straightness along the middle groove of a scraper conveyor is the main factor affecting planer knives’load fluctuation and planer head vibration.
