大型铬铁合金预还原球团的技术进步

摘　　要：随着我国钢铁工业的快速发展,高碳铬铁的需求量逐年增加;铬预还原球团热装入25.5 MVA矿热炉冶炼,铬铁合金日产量提高到260 t,电耗降至2100 kWh/t,渣中铬含量降至3%。铬矿球团工艺技术研究,球磨与润磨相结合,保证了原料的成球性能;生球布料研究,保证了布料均匀和箅床的透气性;全新的生球干燥预热工艺,保证了预热效果及实现了窑头热风助燃;预热球团筛分研究,减少了回转窑的结圈几率。当前,我国年需求近600万t铬矿预还原球团,大型铬矿链箅机-回转窑预还原球团技术的成功应用,具有广阔前景。With the rapid development of China’s iron and steel industry,the demand of high carbon ferrochrome is increasing year by year.The chromium pre-reduced pellets were hot charged into 25.5 MVA submerged arc furnace,the daily output of ferrochrome was increased to 260 t,the power consumption was reduced to 2100 kWh/t,and the chromium content in slag was reduced to 3%.Study on the technology of chrome pellets,the combination of ball milling and wet grinding,the balling property of raw materials was ensured.Research on the green balls burden distribution,the uniformity of the burden distribution and the permeability of the grate bed were ensured.The preheating effect of the green balls were ensured by the new drying preheating technology,and the hot air combustion-supporting was realized in the kiln discharge.Study on the preheated pellets screening,the probability of ringing was reduced in rotary kiln.At present,China’s annual demand is nearly 6 million tons of pre-reduced pellets;the successful application of pre-reduced pellets technology of large-scale chrome grate-kiln has broad prospects.
