摘　　要：由于原机械钻机泥浆泵传动系统体积庞大、重量重、不方便井队运输和安装,研制了新型直驱泥浆泵电机及控制系统,并采用两种交流变频电机全覆盖了目前应用的F系列泥浆泵。此系列泥浆泵配置一台或者两台电机,电机通过法兰盘悬挂于泵体上,泥浆泵的输入轴和电机输出轴通过研制的专用联轴器连接并传递扭矩。每台直驱泵组由1套电控传动单元进行驱动控制,可单独成系统,也可与钻机控制系统集成。厂内试验和现场应用表明,直驱泥浆泵组尺寸小、重量轻、传动效率高、能耗低、噪音小、控制响应速度快,已在油田运行5 a,性能可靠。Due to the huge volume size and heavy weight of the mud pump transmission system of the mechanical drilling rig,it is not convenient for transportation and installation.A new type of direct drive mud pump motor and its control system are developed.Only two kinds of AC variable frequency motors are used in the F series mud pumps.One or two motor stators are fixed on the mud pump housing,and the rotors are connected with the mud pump input shaft through a universal coupling.Each mud unit is driven by one set of electric controlling system,which can either works as one unit or be integrated in drilling rig controlling system.The developed direct drive mud pump unit has advantages of small size,light weight,high transmission efficiency,low energy consumption,low noise pollution and fast response,which has been running in the oil field reliably for 5 years.
