摘  要:储气库井生产制度设计不合理会导致管柱冲蚀而造成管柱失效,为储气库长期安全运行带来安全隐患。根据文23储气库井注采管柱结构与生产工况,建立文23储气库注采管柱冲蚀模型,研究了注气和采气过程管柱的冲蚀规律,同时分析了发生冲蚀的极限工况。结果表明,注气时管内实际流速与临界冲蚀流速均随井深的增加先增大后减小,在1300 m左右达到最大值;极限注气量随注气压力增加而增加。采气时管内实际流速与临界冲蚀流速均随井深变化先减小后增大,在1500 m左右达到最小值;管内实际流速与临界冲蚀流速均随井口压力减小而增大,最小井口压力与极限采气量均随地层压力减小而减小。The unreasonable design of the production system of the gas storage well will cause erosion of the pipe string and failure of the pipe string,which will bring hidden dangers to the long-term safe operation of the gas storage.According to the structure and production conditions of the injection and production pipe string,the erosion model of the injection and production pipe string of the Wen 23 gas storage well was established,and the erosion rule of the pipe string during gas injection and gas production as well as the erosion limit working condition was studied.The results show that both actual flow rate and critical erosion flow rate increase first and then decrease with the increase of the well depth during gas injection,and reach a maximum value around 1300 m.The limit gas injection volume increases with the gas injection pressure.During gas production,actual flow rate and critical erosion flow rate decrease first and then increase with the change of well depth,and reach the minimum value at 1500 m.Both the actual flow rate and critical erosion flow rate increase as the wellhead pressure decreases.The minimum wellhead pressure and the gas production limit decrease with formation pressure decreasing.
