我国外语语种规划研究述评

摘　　要：我国越来越多的学者呼吁在制定适应国家发展需要的外语教育战略时,要高度重视外语语种的规划。本研究对近年来国内外语语种规划研究的现状从文献分布、研究方法、研究内容和研究特点四个方面进行了分析。研究发现:第一,我国有关外语语种规划研究的数量比较丰富,形成了较为稳定的学术圈。第二,研究方法以文献研究和调查研究为主,但前者更普遍。第三,研究内容主要集中在外语语种规划的意义价值、借鉴比较、困境途径、理论建构、语情调查、以及面向"一带一路"专题研究等方面。第四,在研究特点上,宏观研究多,微观研究少;理论研究多,调查研究少;零散研究多,专门化的系统研究少。最后建议我国的语种规划研究还应进一步加强理论模型、语情调查和跨境语言的研究。More and more scholars in China appeal to put a high value on the selection of foreign languages while formulating foreign language education policy to satisfy the requirements of national development.This paper reviews the studies on foreign language selection in terms of its distribution,methods,contents as well as characteristics.The findings are as follows:(1)there are a number of studies related to foreign language selection,gradually forming an academic circle;(2)literature study and survey study are most frequently used in these studies,while the former is more common;(3)the current studies of foreign language selection focus on its significance,other countries’practice,the problems and countermeasures,theoretical framework,and investigation of the situation and needs,as well as foreign language policy aiming at"the Belt and Road Initiative";(4)the macro-level research is more than the micro one,theoretic studies are more than surveys,and scattered studies are more than systematic specialized ones.In the end,future research suggestions are put forward in terms of the construction of the theoretical modes,the investigation of foreign language distribution,needs and uses,and the studies of cross-border languages.
