摘  要:目的以夏枯草特征成分异迷迭香酸苷为指标,优化夏枯草膏中夏枯草的提取工艺,并用于质量控制指标以考察饮片质量和提取效率。方法采用水提L9(3^4)正交试验方法,对溶剂用量、提取次数、提取时间、浸泡时间4个因素进行研究,优化提取工艺。结果提取次数对夏枯草膏中异迷迭香酸苷的提取影响较大,浸泡时间、溶剂用量次数次之,提取时间影响最小。结论最佳提取工艺参数为:浸泡1h、提取1.5h,提取3次(溶剂用量分别为药材的18倍、10倍、8倍),可获得较理想异迷迭香酸苷的提取效果。Objective To optimize the extraction process of prunella vulgaris in extractum prunellae inspissatum with salviaflaside,a characteristic component of prunella vulgaris,as an index,and to use it as a quality control index to investigate the quality and extraction efficiency of decoction pieces.Methods L9(3^4)orthogonal test method of hydro-extraction was used to study the four factors of solvent dosage,extraction times,extraction time and soaking time to optimize the extraction process.Results Extraction times exerted the greatest influence on the extraction of salviaflaside in extractum prunellae inspissatum,followed by soaking time and solvent dosage,and extraction time exerted the least influence.Conclusion The parameters of optimal extraction process are as follows:soaking for 1 h,extracting for 1.5 h,extracting for 3 times(with the solvent dosage being respectively 18 times,10 times and 8 times than that of the medicinal materials).With these parameters,a more satisfying extraction of salviaflaside can be achieved.
