摘　　要：目的探讨成人乙肝病毒相关性膜性肾病糖皮质激素治疗效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年1月我院收治的膜性肾病合并乙肝病毒患者,共40例,采用随机数字表法进行分组,每组各20例,对照组施以博路定药物治疗,试验组在博路定的基础上施以足量强的松药物治疗,均进行1年的随访,对患者的临床效果情况、治疗前及治疗2个月、6个月、1年后的肾功能、肝功能、24h尿蛋白定量(24TP)的变化情况进行观察。结果相比于治疗前,治疗2个月、6个月、1年后的肾功能、肝功能的各项指标及24TP水平明显降低,两组及组内治疗前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);且试验组的临床治疗总有效率明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论成人乙肝病毒相关性膜性肾病糖皮质激素治疗具有良好的临床效果,不仅能够改善肝、肾功能,同时能够提升临床治疗总有效率。Objective To investigate the efficacy of glucocorticoid therapy on hepatitis B virus-related membranous nephropathy in adults.Methods A total of 40 patients with hepatitis B virus-related membranous nephropathy admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the control group(n=20)and the experimental group(n=20).The control group was treated with baraclude and the experimental group was treated with adequate prednisone based on baraclude.All patients were followed up for one year.The efficacy,renal function,liver function and 24 h urine protein(24 TP)changes at baseline and 2 months,6 months and 1 year after treatment were observed.Results Compared with those at baseline,the indexes of renal function,liver function and 24 TP level after treatment for 2 months,6 months and 1 year were significantly reduced,and the comparison between the two groups and the comparison at baseline and after treatment in the group had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).And the total efficacy rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was obviously higher,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Glucocorticoid therapy for adult hepatitis B virus-related membranous nephropathy has good efficacy,which not only improves liver and renal functions,but also improves the total efficacy rate of clinical treatment.
