孕期体重指数、三酰甘油及孕期体重增加对巨大儿体重及剖宫产率的影响

摘　　要：目的研究孕期体重指数、三酰甘油及孕期体重增加对巨大儿出生体重及剖宫产率的影响。方法选取2018年1~8月在温州医科大学附属第三医院分娩巨大儿的孕妇251例,采用Pearson相关性分析研究孕期体重指数、三酰甘油及孕期体重增加对巨大儿出生体重的影响,再根据各自的中位数进行分组,采用χ^2检验比较不同组剖宫产率的差异。结果孕期体重指数、三酰甘油及孕期体重增加均与巨大儿的出生体重呈正相关(P <0.05);不同组孕期体重指数、三酰甘油及孕期体重增加的升高,组间剖宫产率无明显升高,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论孕期体重指数、三酰甘油及孕期体重增加均与巨大儿出生体重呈正相关,与剖宫产率不相关。Objective To research the impacts of body mass index(BMI),triglyceride and weight gain during pregnancy on the birth weight of macrosomia and cesarean section rate.Methods A total of 251 pregnant women who gave birth to macrosomia in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from January to August 2018 were selected.Pearson correlation analysis was used to research the impacts of BMI,triglyceride and weight gain during pregnancy on the birth weight of macrosomia.Then they were divided into groups according to their respective median values.Chi-square test was used to compare the differences of cesarean section rates in different groups.Results BMI,triglyceride and weight gain during pregnancy were positively correlated with the birth weight of macrosomia(P<0.05).With the increase of BMI,triglyceride and weight gain during pregnancy in different groups,there were no significant increase in cesarean section rate between groups,and there was no statistical differences(P>0.05).Conclusion BMI,triglyceride and weight gain during pregnancy are positively correlated with the birth weight of macrosomia,but not correlated with the cesarean section rate.
