小儿喉罩连接改良T型管辅助通气在小儿无痛纤维支气管镜检查中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析小儿喉罩连接改良T型管辅助通气应用于小儿无痛纤维支气管镜中的效果。方法抽取我院2018年1月~2019年1月收治需行纤维支气管镜检查的患儿48例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与参照组,每组各24例,参照组行静脉全麻,研究组采取喉罩联合T型密封接头控制通气,比较两组患儿的临床应用效果。结果研究组患儿在纤维支气管镜通过声门时以及检查后的各项生命指标相较于参照组更平稳,不良反应总发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论小儿无痛纤维支气管镜的患儿,使用喉罩连接改良T型管辅助通气方案,可有效的提升检查中的供氧量,保障患儿各项生命指标平稳,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To analyze the effect of laryngeal mask connected to modified T-tube-assisted ventilation in children with painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Methods A total of 48 children who were admitted to our hospital and needed fiberoptic bronchoscopy from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 24 cases in each group.The control group underwent general intravenous anesthesia,while the study group adopted a laryngeal mask combined with a T-shaped sealing joint to control ventilation,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the vital signs when the fiberoptic bronchoscope passed the glottis and after the examination of the study group were more stable,the total incldence of adverse reactions was lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy,the application of laryngeal mask connected to modified T-tube assisted ventilation can effectively increase the oxygen supply during the examination,ensure the stability of various vital indicators of the child,and reduce the probability of adverse reactions.
