集束化综合护理方案预防多重耐药菌感染的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察集束化综合护理方案对多重耐药菌感染的预防效果。方法从2018年11月~2019年10月择取住院治疗患者82例,将其随机分组,对照组(41例)患者实施常规护理,研究组(41例)患者实施集束化综合护理方案,对照分析两组临床效果。结果从多重耐药菌感染发生情况来看,研究组2例发生多重耐药菌感染,发生率为4.88%,对照组9例发生多重耐药菌感染,发生率为21.95%,研究组多重耐药菌感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);从并发症发生情况来看,研究组尿路感染、肺炎、血流感染等并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);从住院时间来看,研究组为(6.23±1.55)d,对照组为(10.83±3.52)d,研究组较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);从消毒隔离措施实施情况来看,研究组悬挂床旁隔离标识、患者佩戴专用蓝色腕带扣、病床安置、配置床旁速干手消毒液、医疗用品与环境用荧光标记检测消毒效果等方面措施的实施均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);从医护人员手卫生情况来看,研究组医护人员手卫生知晓率、依从率以及正确率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论集束化综合护理方案对多重耐药菌感染有预防作用,可以避免并发症发生,确保消毒隔离措施积极落实,提高医护人员手卫生情况,具有显著临床价值。Objective To observe the preventive effect of cluster comprehensive nursing scheme on multi-drug resistant bacteria infection.Methods From November 2018 to October 2019,82 hospitalized patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups for study.The control group(n=41)received routine care,and the study group(n=41)was treated with cluster comprehensive nursing scheme.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results According to the occurrence of multi-drug resistant bacteria infection,2 cases of multi-drug resistant bacteria infection occurred to the study group,with an incidence of 4.88%,and 9 cases of multi-drug resistant bacteria infection occurred to the control group,with an incidence of 21.95%.The incidence of multi-drug resistant bacteria infection in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).According to the incidence of complications,the total incidence of urinary tract infection,pneumonia,bloodstream infection and other complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In terms of hospitalization time,the time of the study group was(6.23±1.55)days and that of the control group was(10.83±3.52)days.The time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).From the perspective of the implementation of disinfection and isolation measures,the implementation of measures in the study group,such as hanging bedside isolation signs,wearing special blue wristband buckles for patients,placement of sickbeds,configuration of bedside quick-drying hand sanitizer,and detection of disinfection effect with fluorescent markers for medical supplies and the environment,were higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).From the perspective of the hand hygiene of medical staff,the awareness rate,compliance rate and accuracy rate of hand hygiene of me
