摘　　要：乡村公路安全保障技术是消除交通事故隐患,保障交通安全的有效手段,是促进乡村公路可持续发展的先决条件。云南省道路规划计划用15年时间实施以"畅、安、舒、美"为主题的美丽乡村公路交通安全保障工程,然而现阶段省内公路形式较为单一,公路文化相对缺乏,未将人文景观与自然景观相互融合。因此,通过对云南省德宏州芒市乡村公路交通安全现状的调查分析,将理论研究和实践项目的经验相结合,对公路安保工程的设计方面提出建议。建议如下:在美丽乡村公路安保工程设计中,要结合本土瑰丽独特的风景名胜和光辉灿烂的历史文化以及当地人文景观、民族风俗民情,坚持"融入本土、形式多样、节约节俭、大方美观"的原则,科学设计沿线景观。Rural road safety and security technology is an effective means to eliminate hidden dangers of traffic accidents and ensure traffic safety,and is a prerequisite for promoting the sustainable development of rural roads.The road planning of Yunnan Province has implemented the beautiful rural road traffic safety protection project with the theme of"smoothness,safety,comfort and attraction"within 15 years.However,at this stage,the highway expression in the province is relatively simple,the road culture is relatively lacking,and the human landscape is not integrate with the natural landscape.Therefore,in this paper combining the theoretical research and the experience of practical projects,recommendations on the design of highway security engineering are given through the investigation and analysis of the traffic safety status of rural roads in Mangshi,Dehong Prefecture of Yunnan Province.The suggestion is as follows:in the design of the beautiful rural road security project,it is necessary to combine the unique local scenic spots and glorious historical culture as well as the local humanistic landscape and national customs,and carry out design adhere to the principle of"integrating into the local,with diverse forms,attracting and being cost-effective".
