民办高校基层党组织引领意识形态安全工作探析

摘　　要：民办高校是意识形态安全工作的重要阵地,民办高校基层党组织引领意识形态安全工作是其重要职责。但因民办高校在办学理念、办学体制、学生素质、教师队伍以及管理体制等有别于公办高校带来的意识形态安全工作的特殊性,民办高校基层党组织引领意识形态安全工作存在一系列突出问题。教育管理部门应对民办高校党建工作给予指导、扶持和激励,民办高校基层党组织要强化主体责任、管理责任以及机制保障责任,能够有力引领意识形态安全工作,切实发挥基层党组织的政治核心作用。Private colleges and universities are an important position in ideological security work,and it is an important duty for the Grass-roots Party Organizations of private colleges and universities to lead ideological security work.However,because of the particularity of ideological security work brought about by private colleges and universities,such as school-running concept,school-running system,student quality,teachers'ranks and management system,there are a series of prominent problems in leading ideological security work.The education administration department should give guidance,support and incentive to the Party building work in private colleges and universities,and the grass-roots party organizations in private colleges and universities should strengthen the main responsibility,management responsibility and mechanism guarantee responsibility,and they can effectively lead the ideological security work and give full play to the political core role of the Grass-roots Party Organization.
