摘  要:以合成的七个苯甲酸酯类化合物,与甲基硫菌灵作为阳性对照,采用Z字传菌法测试其对西瓜蔓枯病菌、棉花枯萎病菌、番茄灰霉病菌、大麦赤霉病菌、番茄叶霉病菌、白三叶草链格孢菌和番茄链格孢菌七种植物病原菌的抗菌活性.其中化合物1对番茄叶霉病菌的抑菌率达到43.89%(甲基硫菌灵为5.94%),化合物2对番茄链格孢菌的抗菌率高达39.02%(甲基硫菌灵为10.97%),化合物5对白三叶草链格孢菌的抗菌率为13.81%(甲基硫菌灵为1.38%),化合物4对西瓜蔓枯病菌的抗菌率达到56.21%.Seven synthesized benzoic acid ester compounds were tested for anti-phytopathogenic activities against seven funguses of Mycosphaerlla melonis,Fusarium oxysporum of cotton,Botrytis cinerea pers,Fusarium graminearum,cladosporium fulvum of cooke,Alternaria alternate(Fr.)Keissler of Trifolium repens,Alternaria solani.by Z-transformation,and the pesticide thiophanate-methyl was used as positive control.Compound 1 exhibited the strong activity against Cladosporium fulvum with the inhibition rate of 43.89%(thiophanate-methyl was only 5.94%).Compound 2 possessed the high inhibition rate of 39.02%for Alternaria solani(thiophanate-methyl was only 10.97%).Compound 5 had has an inhibition rate of 13.81%for Alternaria alternate(Fr.)Keissler of Trifolium repens(thiophanate-methyl was only 1.38%).Compound 4 showed moderate inhibitory activity for 56.21%against Mycosphaerlla melonis.
