从工程事故分析电解车间生命周期内的管理

摘　　要：结合某电解车间屋面坍塌事故,分析了排架厂房钢屋架和钢结构通廊平台的破坏机理,从工程全寿命周期,即设计、施工安装和生产运营等方面分析了构件和结构各部件之间的关系.针对此类工程事故,应采取全寿命周期管理理念,实现工程全寿命周期内的信息数据共享.According to the roof collapse accident of an electrolysis workshop,this paper analyzes the failure principle of the steel roof truss and the steel corridor platform structure of the bent frame workshop,and from the point of view of the whole life cycle of the project,i.e.,design,construction and installation,production and operation,the relationship between components and structural components is analyzed.In view of this project accident,this paper proposes that the concept of life cycle management should be adopted to realize the information and data sharing in the whole life cycle of the project.
