摘　　要：伴随着中国进入特色社会主义新时代,人民群众尤其是残疾人、老年人等社会特殊群体希望享有更多的自主、平等、尊严的生活权利及便捷出行环境,因此整个社会对无障碍设施的建设提出了更高的要求。本文在对江苏省多个城镇无障碍设施建设调查的基础上,提出了无障碍设施施工验收存在的问题,并探索了无障碍设施系统化验收的理念和做法,具有一定的前瞻性。With China’s entering a new era of socialism with characteristics,the people,especially the disabled,the elderly and other special social groups want to enjoy more independent,equal and dignified living rights and convenient travel.Therefore,the whole society has put forward higher requirements for the construction of barrier-free facilities.Based on the investigation of barrier-free facilities construction in many cities and regions of Jiangsu Province,this paper summarized the problems existing in the construction acceptance of barrier-free facilities,and explores the concept and practice of systematic acceptance of barrier-free facilities,which has certain foresight.
