摘　　要：目的评估《手术室应急手册》模拟演练在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训中的培训效果。方法选择在麻醉科住培培训的学员26名,采用随机数字表法分为《手术室应急手册》模拟培训组(M组)和传统授课培训组(T组),每组13名。采用理论知识考核、操作考核及调查反馈的形式综合评定培训效果。结果两组理论知识考核、技术性技能考核差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与T组相比,M组学员处理危机事件的非技术技能掌握更佳(P<0.05);调查反馈表明M组学员的危机事件应对能力、危机事件处理知识掌握度均高于T组(P<0.05),两组危机事件模拟教学满意度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与以往培训模式相比,《手术室应急手册》模拟培训可以提高住院医师应对手术室紧急事件的能力,并提升在麻醉科轮转学习的质量。Objective To evaluate the application of operating room emergency manual simulation training in standardized training of residents in the anesthesiology department.Methods 26 residents who received standardized training in the anesthesiology department were selected and randomly divided into the operating room emergency manual simulation training(M group)and the traditional training group(T group),with 13 residents in each group.After the training,the score of theoretical knowledge test,the performance of clinical skills,the result of questionnaire survey were recorded.Results There were no significant differences in the theoretical knowledge test and the technical performance in both groups(P>0.05).Compared with Group T,residents in Group M had better performance in non-technical skills(P<0.05).The result of questionnaire survey showed that the enhancement of crisis management ability,the grasp of crisis management knowledge in Group M(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the satisfaction of simulation training were higher in Group M(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional training,operating room emergency manual simulation training can make residents improve faster in enhancement of crisis management ability and achieve better training effect.
