摘　　要：随着医疗卫生体制不断改革和深入,同时超声新理论、新技术层出不穷,基层超声医生业务能力水平亟待提高。进修作为一种重要的继续教育手段,是基层超声医生掌握新知识、新技术,进一步提高专业素质的重要手段,正确有效的进修培养对于其执业能力的提高意义深远。医教协同是培养医学人才的重要途径,为提高人民健康水平提供坚实的人才保障。文章在此背景下构建了超声基层进修医生与医学影像专业本科生并轨培养新模式,是对医教协同理论的完整价值实践,拓展了基层超声医生整体素养提升的新视角,期待能够成为一次有益于医学人才培养与成长的创新改革。With the continuous deepening of medical and health system reform as well as constantly emerging new ultrasonic theories and techniques,it is in urgent need to improve grassroots ultrasound doctors’professional skills.As an important way of continuing education,advanced study is a significant method for grassroots ultrasound doctors to acquire new knowledge and techniques and further improve their professional skills.Therefore,effective advanced study has far-reaching implications on improving their vocational ability.Collaborative medical education is an important way to cultivate medical talents and provides a solid talent guarantee for improving people’s health.Under this background,this paper constructs a new collaborative cultivating mode which combines the education for grassroots ultrasound doctors and undergraduates majoring in medical imaging.This new mode is a complete value realization for“collaborative medical education”.It broadens a new horizon for improving the comprehensive quality of grassroots ultrasound doctors.We hope that this new mode could be an innovative reform which benefits the cultivation and growth of medical talents.
