摘　　要：国家出台了多项优惠政策支持和推动中小企业发展,内容涵盖中小企业经营管理各个方面。中小型水利企业在现有体制机制条件下要结合自身条件和外部环境,做好不同类型投资决策选择,优化投资资源配置。以某水利企业(公司)为例,对如何采取科学合理的投资决策方法加强企业投资管理进行分析,避免投资过度、投资不足及投资低效,提高企业投资效率和经济效益目标。Many preferential policies,relating to all aspects of operation and management,have been issued to support development of small and medium water enterprises.Under the current institutional and management mechanisms,these enterprises should take the advantages of favorable conditions and external environment,to make decisions for investment and optimize resources allocation.A water enterprise(company)was chosen to analyze how to make scientific and reasonable decision-making,improve efficiency and economic benefit of investment and strengthen management of investment activities,to avoid excessive or insufficient investment and low efficiency.
