摘　　要：校友文化是存在于校友群体的特殊文化,大学精神是校友文化的核心和灵魂。校友文化在推进大学精神的传承与创新、促进在校生对大学精神的认同、强化大学精神积极的社会功能等方面具有重要的作用。从创新工作理念、搭建互动平台、提升服务层次、植入文化基因等方面,探索大学精神传承与创新的校友文化建设多元路径。Alumni culture,with university spirit being its core and soul,is a special cultural phenomenon existing in the special group of alumni.Alumni culture plays an important role in promoting the inheritance and innovation of university spirit and the iden-tification of students’university spirit,and strengthening the positive social function of university spirit.This paper explores the multiple paths of alumni cultural construction of university spirit inheritance and innovation from the aspects of innovating work con-cept,building interactive platform,improving service level and implanting cultural genes.
