摘 要:为了探究水库中蓝藻时空分布特征及其环境影响因子,为水库水资源管理和抑制藻类水华生长提供重要的理论依据,于2018年4—5月和2019年4—5月对长三角地区某水库环境因子进行采样分析。基于Pearson相关分析理论对蓝藻密度及环境因子的采样数据进行分析,获取各影响因子和蓝藻密度之间的相关性,再利用主成分分析法确定各环境因子对蓝藻密度变化的贡献度,来探究某水库蓝藻分布特征及生长环境影响因子。研究结果表明,水体空间大小和水动力条件会影响蓝藻生长;温度和溶解氧与蓝藻关系最密切,温度和蓝藻密度成正相关、溶解氧和蓝藻密度成负相关;在某种氮磷范围内,增大水体中溶解氧含量和溶解性总磷含量将在一定程度上抑制蓝藻生长。In order to explore the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of cyanobacteria in the reservoir and its environmental impact factors,and to provide an important theoretical basis for the reservoir water resource management and the inhibition of alga bloom,environmental factors of a reservoir in the Yangtze river delta region were sampled and analyzed in April-May,2018 and April-May 2019.Based on Pearson correlation analysis theory,the sampling data of cyanobacteria density and environmental factors were analyzed to obtain the correlation between each influence factor and cyanobacteria density,and then the contribution of each environmental factor to the change of cyanobacteria density was determined by principal component analysis to explore the distribution characteristics of cyanobacteria in a reservoir and the growth environmental influence factors.The results showed that the size of water space and hydrodynamic conditions could influence the growth of cyanobacteria.Temperature and dissolved oxygen were most closely related to cyanobacteria.Temperature was positively correlated with cyanobacteria density,and dissolved oxygen was negatively correlated with cyanobacteria density.In a certain range of nitrogen and phosphorus,increasing the content of dissolved oxygen and total dissolved phosphorus in water will inhibit the growth of cyanobacteria to some extent.
