摘  要:以新疆某火力发电厂脱硫废水为研究对象,组装管式微滤小试装置,对经软化预处理后的脱硫废水进行过滤小试研究,探讨管式微滤膜对火电脱硫废水的处理效果。研究结果表明:针对单组管式微滤的最佳操作压力为0.08 MPa,此时进水流量控制在7 L/min左右,产水率为53.7%,钙离子去除率为87.43%,镁离子去除率为89.36%,提高了脱硫废水预处理效率。研究结果为火电行业脱硫废水零排放和水资源循环再利用提供理论支持和数据支撑。Based on the analysis and research of membrane technology development,a tube microfiltration unit was assembled to treat the desulfurization wastewater from a coal-fired power plant in Xinjiang,and the effectivenessof tubular microfiltration membrane was discussed.The results showed that the optimal operating pressure for single-group tubular microfiltration was 0.08 MPa.Under optimal operating pressure,When the influent flow rate was controlled at about 7 L/min,the pretreatment efficiency of desulfurization wastewate was improved withthe water production rate 53.7%,the calcium ion removal rate 87.43%,and the magnesium ion removal rate 89.36%.
