摘  要:对比了直接聚合法和化学降解法生产的熔喷无纺布用聚丙烯(PP)的相对分子质量分布和熔融结晶性能,考察了直接聚合法生产PP的纺丝性能和熔喷无纺布的纤维形貌。结果表明:直接聚合法生产的PP相对分子质量分布较宽,数均相对分子质量较低;直接聚合法生产的PP熔融温度较低,结晶性能优于化学降解法生产的PP;直接聚合法PP原料对熔喷无纺布的制备过程有一定影响。The relative molecular mass distribution and melt crystallization properties of polypropylene(PP)for melt-spinning nonwovens produced by polymerization and chemical degradation were compared.The melt-spinning performance and nonwovens morphology of PP produced by polymerization were investigated.The results show that the relative molecular mass distribution of PP produced by polymerization is relatively wide and the number-average relative molecular mass is relatively low.PP produced by polymerization has lower melting temperature and better crystallization performance compared with PP produced by chemical degradation.Moreover,PP produced by polymerization has influence on the preparation process of melt-spinning nonwovens.
