两种聚丙烯生产工艺及产品基本物性比较

摘　　要：介绍了生产聚丙烯(PP)的Spheripol工艺和Novolen工艺,同时,对两种工艺生产的产品基本物性进行了比较。结果表明:Spheripol工艺生产的PP HP550J拉伸性能比Novolen工艺生产的PP 1102K略差;Spheripol工艺生产的PP EP200K比Novolen工艺生产的PP 2500H刚性较好,但冲击性能略差。The Spheripol process and the Novolen process for the production of polypropylene(PP)are introduced.At the same time,basic physical properties of the products produced by the two processes are compared.The results show that the tensile properties of PP HP550J produced by Spheripol process are slightly worse than those of PP 1102K produced by Novolen process.PP EP200K produced by Spheripol process has better rigidity than PP 2500H produced by Novolen process,but the impact performance is slightly worse.
