摘 要:利用铝酸酯偶联剂对氢氧化镁进行杂化改性,再采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸丁酯进一步接枝聚合,得到一种无机物和有机物杂化的新型热稳定剂(记作CN-100)。测试了改性前后氢氧化镁的红外光谱,热老化烘箱法确定CN-100在丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物/氯化聚乙烯(ABS/CPE)合金中的最佳用量,研究了CN-100、钙锌稳定剂与日本水滑石对ABS/CPE合金的动态、静态热稳定性影响。结果表明,与钙锌稳定剂和日本水滑石相比,CN-100对ABS/CPE的动态和静态热稳定性更优。The magnesium hydroxide was hybridized and modified with an aluminate coupling agent,and then methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate were used for further graft polymerization to obtain a new type of inorganic and organic hybrid heat stabilizer CN-100.The infrared spectra of magnesium hydroxide before and after modification were tested,and the heat aging oven method determined the optimal use amount of CN-100 in the acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer/chlorinated polyethylene(ABS/CPE)alloy,The effects of CN-100,calcium zinc stabilizer and Japanese hydrotalcite on the dynamic and static thermal stability of ABS/CPE alloy were studied.The results show that CN-100 has better dynamic and static thermal stability for ABS/CPE compared with calcium zinc stabilizer and Japanese hydrotalcite.
