《医学衷中参西录》脾胃病方药特色探析

摘　　要：目的:应用中医传承辅助平台系统(V2.5),探析张锡纯《医学衷中参西录》脾胃病用药规律。方法:搜集、整理《医学衷中参西录》中治疗脾胃病的处方,将数据标准化后录入平台系统,建立数据库,进行统计分析。结果:共纳入66首处方,涉及中药88味,用药频次≥6次的药物有18味,其中山药、甘草、白芍、赭石、党参最为突出;频次>5次的用药组合23个,以"山药-甘草""山药-白芍""山药-甘草-白芍""山药-赭石"最为常见;聚类得到4个核心组合,2个新处方。结论:张锡纯治疗脾胃病用药多辛苦、寒温并用,补脾阳,滋胃阴,重视调节脾胃气机,疏理肝肺升降。Objective:To analyze the medication regularities in treating diseases of spleen and stomach in Records of Chinese Medicine with Reference to Western Medicine by using the TCM inheritance assistance platform(V2.5).Methods:The formulas in treating disorders of spleen and stomach in Records of Chinese Medicine with Reference to Western Medicine were collected and sorted out.The data was input into the system platform after standardization to establish a database and conduct statistical analysis.Results:A total of 66 formulas were included,involving 88 Chinese medicinals,18 of which had the medication frequency more than 6 times,among which Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma),Baishao(Paeoniae Radix alba),Zheshi(Haematite)and Dangshen(Codonopsis Radix)were the most prominent.There were 23 medicinal combinations with frequency more than 5 times,among which“Shanyao-Gancao”,“Shanyao-Baishao”,“Shanyao-Gancao-Baishao”and“Shanyao-Zheshi”were the most common.A total of 4 core combinations and 2 new formulas were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusions:Zhang Xichun used both pungent and bitter,cold and warm medicinals to treat diseases of spleen and stomach,reinforcing spleen yang and nourishing stomach yin,attaching importance to regulating qi movement of spleen and stomach,and regulating the ascending and descending of liver and lung.
