摘　　要：近年来随着企业信息化程度的加深,软件已经成为企业主要资产的一部分,因此,对软件进行系统化管理的要求也在提高。基于国际标准ISO19770,提出软件资产管理体系建立的核心要素和建立路径,从人员、流程、技术三方面分析软件资产管理的管理关键点,从分析阶段、设计阶段、执行阶段、检查和改进阶段提出体系建设路径,为中小企业建立软件资产管理体系提供依据和方法。In recent years,with the deepening of enterprise informatization,software has become a part of the main assets of the enterprise.Therefore,the requirements for systematic management of software are also improving.Based on the international standard ISO 19770,this paper puts forward the core elements and the establishment path of software asset management system.This paper analyzes the key points of software asset management from three aspects of personnel,process and technology,and puts forward the system construction path from the analysis stage,design stage,implementation stage,inspection and improvement stage,which provides the basis and method for small and mediumsized enterprises to establish software asset management system.
