摘 要:要发展城市,必须懂得营销城市。特色是城市形象的基石,街区是城市的基本单元,以特色街区的规划建设促进城市营销,已经成为当今国内外众多城市的经典做法。伟大的城市呼唤伟大的街道,伟大的街道造就伟大的城市。事实上,国内外众多区域中心城市、国家中心城市甚至世界中心城市的崛起之路正是由特色街区的规划建设开始起步的。实践证明,特色街区的规划建设对推动中心城市的整体与长远发展能够产生良好的“乘数效应”。To develop the city,we must know marketing it.The characteristic is the cornerstone of the image of the city,and the block is the basic unit of the city,Therefore,Promoting the urban marketing with planning and construction of the characteristic block which has become the classical practice in many cities at home and abroad.Great cities call for great streets,and great streets make great cities.In fact,The rise of many regional key cities,national key cities and even world key cities at home and abroad started from the planning and construction of characteristic blocks.Practice has proved that the planning and construction of characteristic blocks can have a good"multiplier effect"on promoting the overall and long-term development of the key cities.
