摘　　要：文章介绍了一种评价中空涤纶短纤维压缩性能的新方法——限位压缩法。该方法采用限位压缩的方式模拟终端产品包装中纤维的压缩状态,能较好地评价中空涤纶短纤维的压缩性能,适用于以中空纤维为原料的压缩产品在包装打开后弹性回复性能的评定,对纤维产品的开发以及下游应用具有一定的指导作用。该方法有较好的重复性和准确性,是一种简便、快速、可准确评定中空涤纶短纤维压缩性能的可靠方法。The paper introduces a limited space compression method to evaluate the compression performance of hollow polyester staples.The method is to simulate the compression state of fiber in the end product after packaging,so as to evaluate the compression performance of hollow polyester staples well.This method is suitable for evaluating the elastic recovery performance of compressed products with hollow fibers as raw materials after the package is opened,and has a certain guiding effect on the development of fiber products and downstream applications.In addition,with good repeatability and accuracy,the method is simple,fast and reliable for accurately evaluating the compression properties of hollow polyester staples.
