摘 要:为了有效评估黑启动方案,并在各个方案中选择最佳方案来实现系统快速恢复供电,提出了基于模糊熵权的黑启动方案评估方法。该方法首先将熵权权重与专家权重良好结合,使得目标黑启动方案能够兼顾主客观性;然后模糊化各个评价指标,以模糊评价信息作为各个黑启动方案优劣排序的依据。该方法具有易于实现且计算过程简单等优点,同时受大规模电力系统维数的影响较小。仿真结果验证了方法的有效性。In order to evaluate the black-start scheme effectively,and select the best solution in each scheme to realize the system to quickly restore power supply,this paper proposes a black-start scheme evaluation method based on fuzzy entropy weight.Firstly,the method combines the weight of entropy weight with the weight of experts,so that the target black-start scheme can balance the subjectivity and objectivity;Further,each evaluation index of the black start scheme is blurred,and the final fuzzy evaluation information is used to sort the schemes according to the relative merits.The method has the advantages of easy implementation and simple calculation process,and it is less affected by the dimension of large-scale power system.The effectiveness of the proposed method have been verified by simulation results.
